Team Facilitator Ireland. Your team has the talent.
Let's build the foundation to use it. I work with Irish teams and organisations as a professional team facilitator. Creating the conditions for real conversation, clearer direction and stronger performance.
Organisations that Sarah has worked with
In the 2026 State of the Workplace Report, Gallup found only 9% of Irish employees are engaged at work. Is this your team?
If you're a people manager, team lead or HR professional in Ireland looking for a skilled group facilitator to run a focused workshop or an ongoing programme you're in the right place.
Three Key Areas:
1. DiSC Profiling & Team Workshops: Understand how your team communicates, where friction comes from, and how to use your differences as a strength rather than a source of conflict. DiSC is one of the world's most widely used behavioural profiling tools. I bring it to life in a way that's practical, not theoretical. You'll leave with: a shared language for how your team works, clearer communication norms, and real insight into each other (and into yourself!).
2. Ways of Working Values on a wall mean nothing if they don't live in how your team operates day-to-day. This session brings your mission, values and team user manuals off the page and into practice building the foundation for how your team shows up, makes decisions and collaborates. You'll leave with: a working agreement your team actually owns, aligned expectations, and clarity on what ‘good’ looks like.
3. Team Career Development People stay where they grow. This session helps teams and their managers think strategically about individual paths and collective development so ambition doesn't walk out the door. You'll leave with: a shared development framework, more honest conversations about progression, and a team that feels invested in. Pair this with DiSC and you’ll have incredibly effective ways of working!
How this works
-
A chance for us to connect and talk through where your team / group is ‘at’ and what they may need. Also an opportunity for you to check in and ask any questions you may have.
-
Following confirmation, I create a bespoke workshop design plan for sign-off. This may take another call (situation dependent).
-
The grand day itself! The session takes place whether remotely or in-person and following this, a debrief call is scheduled.
“The LVA have engaged the services of Sarah for two recent projects. We have found her to be highly knowledgeable, engaging and efficient. She is excellent value for money and exceeded our expectations. We will be retaining her services. We would have no hesitation in recommending her services to our clients.”
— Gillian, HR Director LVA
Your Questions, Answered
-
Facilitation is an act of making something easier, clearer, smoother. A facilitator’s main job in session, is to serve the room. As a facilitator I work with a group of people to help them have a conversation, come to agreement, or plan for the future.
-
Everything DiSC is a personality tool that improves workplace communication and teamwork by helping teams understand different communication styles.
-
Many, many ways! Through the internet, LinkedIn, referral. There are plenty of routes - and facilitators in Ireland. Finding your ‘fit’ is important to the experience.
-
Generally facilitation involves using a facilitator (usually external) to help a team achieve something specific - better ways of working, strategy, team connection. With team coaching, the coach will generally work with the team to find out what they need to do to improve performance / work through conflict / have better conversations. Different things but they work well together.
-
It depends on the topic but it can range from a half day to 2 days. Facilitated team sessions work really well as part of a team offsite.
-
Yes of course. This is the nature of the world of work as it is now. I love the in-person connection but a lot of the work I do now - whether facilitation or coaching, takes place virtually. With teams spread across the globe.
